In recent years, not only in rock shore fishing, but also in the mixed fishing conditions of blackfin seabass and yellowtail, the #7 (30 lb)-#18 (70 lb) standards for blackfin seabass are weak against yellowtail, while Sunline’s #16-30 taper is a little too thick for blackfin seabass. We chose the #10-24 standard, which is somewhere in between. This line allows you to use rods like the 96PH, β3, and 10.3β to manipulate plugs targeting yellowtail, large seabass, red sea bream, and emperor breams. Please note that this line has been slightly hardened.
