●About returns and exchanges
Build-to-order manufacturing products cannot be returned or exchanged. Products that can be returned or exchanged are limited to unused products, excluding build-to-order manufacturing products.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us using the inquiry form.
In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
●If there is a problem with the product
In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or different from the one you ordered, we will bear the shipping costs for the return or exchange. However, please note that if the same product you ordered is no longer available due to being out of stock, we may be forced to issue a refund.
