Sinking pencil bait.
You can invite slow on the surface of the water that is difficult to capture with sinking popper and sinking pencil. It is effective in situations where you can’t hit unless you twitch all the time, or when you are slowly pulling the surface of the water.
You can appeal the surface more than our sinking popper at slow speed.
