TBO with base lip
It is a type that cuts the base lip according to the pulling speed.
Originally, the swing width of a diving pencil is determined by the size of the head. In terms of small size, JDP can be raised.
The stability during jerk is good, but you can see that the swing width is small. Volume is important in terms of flight distance, and the weight is set close to the maximum value for the length. In addition, the head is large and suitable for low speed.
The base lip is used to help destabilize the downward stabilizing force due to turbulence when jerk above a certain velocity. I use it by cutting it into a V as shown below. When cut to V, the downward swim becomes stronger during jerk, making it easier to stabilize. Width is more important than depth for pulling slowly.
If you don’t know, you can use it for amberjack by cutting it like in the picture.
